 Gentle Yoga

Build a strong foundation for your yoga practice. This class is a slow and gentle series to learn the basics of moving from pose to pose, linking each movement with your breath. Deepen your practice with a focus on the basic structure of poses as you develop flexibility, move through stagnation, energize and relax. Breath work and meditations will be included to energize and to awaken more body awareness.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is an upbeat, athletic style of yoga that unites breath with movement in a dance-like flow. Appropriate for those with prior yoga experience due to accelerated pace of class. This class will focus on increasing strength, flexibility, balance and mindfulness. Each class will include breathwork (pranayama) and ends with a blissful Shavasana (Meditation).
